1. Icelandic Earth

Christopher Lund

"For me photography is about connection. Out in the field, witnessing the beauty of Iceland, I connect with nature, myself and the people I travel with. Fundamentally we are all the same - wherever we come from - we all connect through nature. My mission is to share the passion of photography, create great memories and offer the best photographic experience in Iceland."

Iceland is filled with interesting rock sculptures and mountains of all shapes, textures and colors. To make these magnificent views come to life, Christopher Lund focused on widest spectrum of contrast the most to offer to landscape with their own prominent color and texture. With LG OLED HDR technology, craggy mountains and precarious sea cliffs can be displayed as every detail come alive on LG OLED TV and it gives you the phenomenal memory of the genuine Icelandic nature.

2. Icelandic bay

Christopher Lund

"The magical beauty of Iceland often lies in the dark, almost black basaltic lava rocks. It's a challenge to capture on camera and even harder to display. The darkest black color truly makes those images look more vivid and realistic. The incredible dynamic range and colors are like nothing I have ever seen before in a screen. The viewing experience as nature shows is as close as you get to witnessing nature with your own eyes."

4.970 km stretched along coastline of Iceland provides you an exceptional opportunity to explore the natural beauty from the sea and beach. Especially, pictures taken from Reynisfjara (Vik, South coast) reveal texture of basalt hexagonal columns along cliff and color of otherworldly black sand spreading coastline. Black sand beach formed by volcanic activities and weathered by harsh wind and wave, breathes and revives their color of Iceland on LG OLED TV presented by Perfect Black.

3. Icelandic volcano

Orvar Atli porgeirsson

"An erupting volano gives you a clear prespective of the forces of nature like no other place.

Being near one and photographing it is an experience I will never forget. The brightness, the heat, the smells, the sounds and the thump on the chest from the invisible pressure waves excites all of your bodies senses at once."

Iceland is the meeting place of the North American plate and Eurasian plate, so it has about 130 volcanoes. one of the most active volcanoes in Eyjafjallajokull situated in south Iceland. You can remind how magnificent natural performance affected human-being as non-fictional pictures on LG OLED TV. Furry red colored lava flowing on black-colored basalt mountain is amazing and encourage man-kind to explore the hidden passages under the crust. LG OLED TV delivers not only the scenery of Iceland landscapes, but also explosive energy of nature in awe.

4. Icelandic wildlife

Einar Gudmann

"Being a passionate, preofessional landscape and wildlife photographer, birds, wildlife and landscape have a special place in my heart. I strive to capture the beauty of nature and wildlife hoping to contribute to the effort of understanding and saving it. Photography is to me a medium capable of inspiration and deeper understanding of the nature around us. Hopefully the images of our unspoiled nature will add to the awareness for nature conservation."

Iceland is truly a country where provides the opportunity for the unique wildlife experience like nowhere else on earth, including superb birdlife and whale watching. Einar Gudmann thought photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth which can make them come back again. It inspires all your senses as well as fulfilling his vision. By turning on and off the pixels independently, LG OLED TV's infinite range of contrast can represent previously unseen details that ensure significance of the moment.
