부채살모양의 운하 주변에는 17-18C에 지어진 고급주택가가 형성되어 있으며, 섬세한 세공과 정면 장식이 매우 아름답다. 주택의 공통된 독특한 양식은 건물 정면에 도르래가 달린 독특한 양식의 들보가 돌출해 있고 좁고 가파른 계단이 있다는 것이다. 또한 아름다운 운하주변의 풍물들을 유람선을 타고 관광할 수 있다는 것이 매력이다.
