20. Powder Tower(Turnul Pulberarici)

Originally, the gate tower linked to the first stage of using the fortification (end of the XIII century beginning of XIV century). The elevation shown two major phases of construction with different materials. From the initial phase was preserved the entry level with two supporting arches and the portcullis sliding runner. At the top there is a level on the west side fitted with three shooting holes. The Western wall remained until 1900s, the remaining tower disappeared in 1809 during the partial demolition of the fortification.
