빠에야 (Paella)
스페인의 대표적인 쌀 생산지인 발렌시아에서 태어난 쌀 요리로 카탈루냐 지방과 지중해 연안에서는 어패류를 넣은 빠에야가 많다. 새우, 조개 등 해산물을 쌀과 함께 볶고, 스프와 샤프란을 넣어서 끓인 것으로 우리 입맛에도 잘 맞는다.
